From classic diners like Tel-Wink Grill and Harry’s to grab and go spots for breakfast tacos or doughnuts, Houstonians have
never lacked for weekday breakfast options, but people are enduring hour or longer waits for this Denver import. Credit the
creative menu, which features an extensive selection of the expected egg dishes and pancakes alongside some originals like the
signature breakfast pot pie. A full bar, reasonable prices, and relentlessly cheerful service don’t hurt either.

Snooze levels up traditional breakfast staples with guilt-free eggs, artisan meats like barbacoa and corned beef, and spiked sauces
like green chile hollandaise and rosemary sausage gravy. Basically, it's like somebody took that ultra-fancy brunch spot you
always see your friend waiting in line for on Insta, scaled it, dialed back attitude, and rolled it out in chain form. You can't go
wrong, but the most right you can be involves ordering a pancake flight with pineapple upside downs, sweet potato buttermilk,
and blueberry danish. Or chilaquiles Benedict.

Snooze an A.M. Eatery is enough to make anyone want to wake up before that alarm goes off. The space is fresh and inviting
with a décor that combines a 50's diner with a modern twist. Great colors, furniture design and wall treatments are terrific
greens , orange, black, blue and steel combine to create an exciting space. Imagine vanilla almond oatmeal brulee peanut butter
pancakes with chocolate and peanut butter chips and dark chocolate sauce, breakfast tacos with scrambled eggs, crispy potatoes,
jack cheese, avocado and ranchero sauce, pineapple upside down pancakes with chunks of fresh caramelized pineapple and vanilla
crème anglaise and cinnamon butter. Salivate at the the descriptions --- the tastes are better.

You'll do anything but fall asleep in this slightly retro and totally gracious tribute to breakfast, where pancakes can be samples as
"flights" and the burrito is bundled with scrambled eggs, shredded potatoes, cheese and (yeow!) green chili sauce. Try to snag a
table No. 8, a circular booth that looks like a Tilt-o-Whilr on a diet and takes in a great view of the scene.

For those who subscribe to the belief that breakfast is not just the most important meal of the day, but also the most delicious,
Snooze gets you. Snooze exudes a peppy 1970s upscale diner vibe. Here, Bloody Marys are made with a bacon-infused bourbon
and pancakes are decadent with a capital D. (Think: blueberry pancakes dressed up with a sweet cream, almond streusel and a
lemony cream cheese filling). For those who can’t play favorites when it comes to pancakes, go for the flight and choose a few
different creations.Yes, the wait list is long (proof it’s a beloved Denver institution), but yard games like cornhole and ring toss
are setup to keep the crowds entertained.
