Login Screen
You will use your Snoozer Aloha login number to log into the One Dine tablets. If your Aloha Number starts with a
zero, DO NOT enter the “0.” For example, if your login number is 0123 you would only enter 123.
Use the numbered image below to familiarize yourself with the Login Screen features:
1. BACKGROUND SCREEN – You have the option to toggle the view from a light background screen
to a dark background screen.
2. TABLET NAME - Name of the server tablet for troubleshooting purposes.
3. ONEDINE SUPPORT – Use the direct OneDine Support Call line for emergencies; the call center is
available 24/7 and 365 days a year.
4. LAST REBOOT - Time since the last reboot of the application. NOTE: Always ensure the Server App
has restarted daily to ensure the most recent update is available.
5. ICONS (across bottom right)
a. OD (OneDine): shows network diagnostic – Yellow = Fail; Green = Pass.
b. Wi-Fi: displays Wi-Fi status.
c. Log Files: shows log messages & start/stop testing information.
d. Manager Badge: used for troubleshooting.
e. Tools Diagnostics: navigates to tools screen show the status of devices and services.
f. Hamburger: used for troubleshooting and seeing logs.
g. Card Reader: shows the battery left on the Ingenico reader. This must have at least 10%
battery for the card reader to work on the tablet.
h. Battery: displays the battery percentage of the device. Lasts between 5-10 hours depending
on volume.
i. Power: exits the server app and go to the home screen of your tablet.
