It can be a hazy topic
Blur is another useful tool. Our eyes are programmed to move beyond a blurry image. It’s uncomfortable to our eyes and so we won’t linger on it.
Blur is a naturally occuring incident when our eyes need to tune out excess information.
Look at something upclose and see what happens to the objects further away.
Use blur to when you want your viewers to avoid a portion of your image.
This is useful if you want to to accentuate or pull focus.
