CHICKEN SALAD OVER GREENS
Time to Make: 15 minutes | Servings: 4 Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces or or shredded with a fork
1 hard-boiled egg chopped (optional)
1⁄2 cup grapes cut into quarters 1⁄4 cup chopped celery
1 or 2 green onions chopped 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 1⁄2 teaspoon teaspoon seasoned salt salt OR 1⁄2 teaspoon teaspoon regular salt salt 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
1 In a a a a mixing bowl add chicken egg (if using) grapes celery
and green onion 2 In a a a a a a a a a separate bowl mix the mayonnaise
yogurt
mustard
salt and spices with a a a a a spoon 3 Pour mayonnaise
mixture into the the the mixing bowl with the the the chicken and mix mix mix everything together 4 Serve on on top of lettuce or or other leafy greens or or on on whole wheat bread for sandwiches 19
