                  1. Learning Outcomes

                  Mastering the theory or understanding of descriptive text, linguistic elements, and

                  the vocabulary contained in descriptive text, as well as any stories contained in

                  narrative text.

                  2. Learning Sub Achievements

                  a) Identify the meaning, social function, text structure, and linguistic elements in

                  spoken and written simple descriptive texts about tourist attractions and historical

                  buildings according to their use in learning in high school.

                  b) Explaining the contents of oral and written descriptions about tourist attractions

                  and historical buildings by taking into account the purpose of communication, text

                  structure, and linguistic elements of descriptive text according to the context of

                  use in learning in high school.



                  3. The main points of the material

                  The main points of teaching materials are:

                  A.  Explaining the meaning of descriptive text.

                  B.  Linguistic  elements  contained  in  the  descriptive  text,  especially  tourist

                  attractions and historical buildings.

                  C.  Describe  orally  or  in  writing  descriptive  text  relating  to  tourist  attractions,

                  historical buildings, or descriptive stories.
