Jessica Martinson, REALTOR®

Jessica was born and raised in the Bay Area and still loves to call it her home. She and
her husband of 28 years have raised 3 beautiful daughters and has cultivated a
strong network of connections in Silicon Valley. She has always given back to the
community and served approximately 20 years of volunteering at 7 local schools. She
also served 10 years with various groups through the National Charity League. After
she graduated from Cal Poly (SLO), she gained an abundance of experience in
outside sales and with her natural ability to find an excellent deal she honed her sales
and negotiation skills. Her love and passion for decorating and art led her to a
position at a professional staging company for several years. Acquiring these skill sets
have created the obvious progression into a career in real estate.

Veronica Chaves, REALTOR® / TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

A Bay Area native, Veronica began her career in real estate as a transaction
coordinator more than 19 years ago, acquiring a deep knowledge of everything
involved in the business end of virtually every kind of real estate transaction. Veronica
applies her exceptional organizational skills to achieve client aspirations and exceed
expectations. Her love of this dynamic business and personal satisfaction from helping
clients inspired Veronica to acquire her real estate license in 2005.

Claudia Caspillo, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE - ESCROW OFFICER

Claudia has worked as an escrow officer with Fidelity National Title for 10 years. Her quick
and efficient communications keeps the escrow process on target. Great customer
service is a priority for Claudia, and with her positive attitude she is a delight to work with.
