Ryan David

My full name is Ryan David
Gaboury (born Oct 25 84), I grew
up and went to school in Fairview,

Alberta. I was always interested in
musical instruments as a kid, but

didn't have the focus or attention
span to actually learn how to play
any of them for a lot of years.

I remember messing around
with my father's acoustic guitar

and tuned it so high that I
cracked the bridge and

broke his guitar. I had a
real talent for breaking
things in those days.

The first time I tried
playing an electric

guitar, some friends I
was hanging out with
at the time thought

that I actually knew
how to play.

I was talented with my hands and had a natural ability of some kind. Eventually after
bugging my parents long enough, I got my own electric guitar. I liked making noise with it

but didn't really feel like learning a whole lot. Then for some reason, me and some close
friends thought it was a good idea to record a demo, before any of us knew how to play.
The music tracks we came out with sounded terrible and there was little regard for

musical theory. Though there was something creative going on and we amused some of
our classmates with it. Ever since then, I knew I was going to continue recording music.
