: A Night at Zanies

If you ever find yourself free on a week night, looking for something to do,

then you should check out Zanies Comedy Club. I had an opportunity to go
to the historic Zanies' Nightclub in downtown Chicago on a fabulous day,
which was Valentine's Day. Normally in February the weather is very wintry

in Chicago, but this happened to be a very calm, non-snowy and very
pleasant night.. The small venue was really full but the crowd was so
energetic. As soon as you enter you can just feel the energy and
anticipation of what was about to happen.

The main attraction was Calvin Evans,
whom is a Chicago native with a lot of

experience in his career. He's been on a
variety of television shows as well as
performed at lot of stand up. The crowd
was amazingly interactive and laughed all

throughout the event with his phenomenal E N
jokes. Calvin also jumped on the piano and I

performed everything: from Usher to the A
latest songs of today. I strongly encourage G A

you to go to Zanies'; they have an M
