We are currently participating in the PENJANA HRDF INITIATIVE which was launched by
the Human Resources Minister on the 22 June 2020. The PENJANA HRDF training

incentive generates job opportunities and emphasizes training in terms of reskilling and
upskilling of Malaysians to get Malaysia back on it’s feet in the wake of COVID-19 to
enhance the employability of the unemployed.
HRDF at the same time seeks qualified partners in delivering the initiatives crafted as
part of the short to medium-term COVID-19 economic recovery plan, specifically
related to job placement, entrepreneurship, self-employment and market-driven
industrial revolution 4.0 training.
As such Learning Solutions Academy is participating in the following HRDF programmes
PLACE & TRAIN
UPSKILLING & RESKILLING
SME DEVELOPMENT
The target group for the above programme are :
a) School leavers aged between 18 to 40 years with or without school / exam
certificate
b) Unemployed graduates who have obtained Diploma / Degree
c) Retrenched workers aged between 18 to 55 years who are registered with
Employment Insurance System (EIS)
At Learning Solutions Academy ,we assure you that any documents pertaining to Letter
of Intend (LOI) of job placement would be kept highly confidential used solely for the
purpose of submission to HRDF only.
