My journey with Tata STRIVE started
at ITI Phulbani on December 26, 2017.
When I joined I did not have a clear
picture of the things around, but as
things settled, I could see the grand
scheme of things- of knowledge, of
learning and of opportunities.
It gave me a different perspective
towards this job – we lead change.
& that changed my mind-set, it gave
me a lot of confidence to drive this
change among the youth.
One key learning has been to stay
connected, we are just one big family
where we all learn and grow –
with each other.
