Charlene is a freelance contractor at Five Famous Guys. The guys who run this company are so famous, some young designers would work there for free. That’s not legal, so instead, they work there for almost free. Most of the designers do freelance work to pay the rent. They work until 9:00 p.m.almost every night (long after the FGs have left for the day).

Yue is a junior designer at BrandHaus, a company with eighty employees and offices in New York, London, and Cleveland. No one at BrandHaus wants to work in Cleveland, but the wages go further there. Yue reports to an account manager, and the account manager reports to a creative director.BrandHaus will sponsor Yue’s visa if she moves to Cleveland.
