Commission Programs
Seaside Realty offers four different types of commission
programs to meet the needs of all agents!
Top Agent Program
The Top Agent Program lets agents keep their hard-earned commission. There
is an annual fee of $3,000 that is paid to the brokerage from the first two
closings. After meeting the annual fee obligation, the agent keeps 100% of their
proceeds!
Lead Share Program
The Lead Share Program offers a very generous split and company provided
leads.
Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program is for new and/or newer agents. This program offers a
dedicated Mentor, company generated leads and a comprehensive road map to
success in the real estate field.
Employee Program
The Employee Program offers a salary and bonus while being trained and
mentored.
