                                              Kgariri Benny Magolego from the Department of Mining
                                              Engineering in the College of Science, Engineering and Technology was
                                              recognised as a top achieving student in Coal Mining Engineering at the
                                              South African Colliery Managers' Association (SACMA) Annual General
                                              Meeting Awards







              Yonela Ngungeni, PhD student from
              iNanoWS, wins Unisa FameLab regional
              heat in June 2022, and went on to
              represent Unisa at that the FameLab
              National Finals where she competed
              against winners from other universities.










                                       Xola dos Santos, a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Informatics
                                       student, creates app to connect tech talent with the tech industry labour

             Athi Mavukwana, PhD student from the department fo Chemical
             Engineering, awarded Fulbright scholarship, which enabled him to be
             visist the University of Maryland; conducting energy research.
