General Specifications Terms & Conditions
Board Grain Summary of terms & conditions of sale
Please note that the following will apply, unless clearly specified otherwise on your order:
- Single panel sliding doors, and sliding doors where all panels are in the same board colour, will have a vertical grain.
- Split panel sliding doors, where more than 1 material is used within the door, will have a horizontal grain. 1. Your Order

All coloured glass & mirror is 4mm thick, safety backed and meets all current glass safety standards. Please see our

In order to maintain our high standard of service, our payment terms are payment in full prior to or on delivery /

To enable us to offer a competitive delivery service, our vans are manned by the driver alone - please
ensure that suitable assistance is available to unload heavy items.
Accepting deliveries
We cannot consider any claim for shortages or damages after delivery / collection. We quality check all
items before they leave our factory. It is the responsibility of you, the client to ensure all goods are fully
checked by yourself or your representative at the time of delivery / collection & that any problems are
reported immediately.
Delivery Access
Please advise prior to delivery if you have any special delivery requirements or access issues for our van.
Deliveries will be made to your door, providing this is on the ground floor. Under no circumstances can
deliveries be made up stairs or lifts.
4. Faulty / Damaged Products
Due to our continuous policy of product evaluation & customer satisfaction, our customer service team would like
to hear from you if you are not entirely satisfied with any of our goods or services. All our products carry a 5 year
guarantee against any manufacturing defect. Failure to install the products properly will invalidate the guarantee.
Any visible fault or damage to the item in question must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and in any event
before installation. Fitting of a product is an acceptance of its suitability and quality. Please check that the
product is correct prior to installation, as claims after fitting cannot be considered. Liability by the company in
the event of goods supplied being defective will be limited to the net invoice value in respect of same.
5. Cancellation / Returns
Unwanted stock items may be returned subject to our prior agreement and will be subject to a 20% restocking
charge. Refund for returned products will be issued after return and inspection
All products that have been specifically manufactured for your order cannot be cancelled or returned and will be
charged for in full.
These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We and our suppliers are continually improving products & reserve the right to alter specifications at any time. All
prices are correct at time of going to print and are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Please confirm prices
prior to placing an order. Errors & omissions excepted.
