Routeway into Working in Children & Young People’s Social Care support services

We’ve developed a course that will provide you with a firm foundation to pursue a career in children’s social care. It will help you develop
your knowledge of the responsibilities of children and young people’s care and support workers, the diverse needs of the children and young people using the services and other important areas such as safeguarding.
The Routeway into Working in Children & Young People’s Social Care support services will give you employability skills and personal development including interview skills and preparation for work, with a guaranteed interview with local children’s social care providers.
