A detailed inspection of the roof timbers sometimes can’t be undertaken until the roof is stripped. Ask you estimator for a timber woodwork analysis once the roof is stripped to ensure there are no rotten timbers. Further timber treatments can be carried out at this stage should the customer request it.
Converting old flat roofs to pitched tiled roofs is becoming more and more popular as people are becoming tired of old leaking flat roofs.
At only £200 per m2 or £2200 per day, most joinery work can be carried out across all of our roofing services.
