Findley’s offer three ways to insulate your roof/home.
Installing Rockwool, Kingspan or TLX can all help reduce your energy bills. Over the years, many government incentives have been given to try and improve the energy efficiency
of domestic, residential properties. When these expired around 2015 many home owners were left to insulate their properties when extensive roofing works are being
carried out.
A well insulated home could significantly reduce your heating bills.
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
Another factor to consider is your EPC rating. This is a rating that is placed on the building when your home is listed
for sale or to rent. The lower the EPC rating, the higher the property values.
