 1 RISING STAR OF THE YEAR
For individuals in agencies, management companies and auction
services. It identifies a special individual – a potential industry leader. Demonstrate enthusiasm, innovation and leadership qualities and provide evidence of business success.
Open those born since 1st January 1992. Enter this category yourself or nominate a colleague.
2 COMMUNITY CHAMPION OF THE YEAR
Open to all agencies, auction houses and management companies. This award celebrates corporate and social responsibility in the community. For example, smaller agencies may be supporting schools, clubs, charities etc. and programmes of community support. The judges look for a last commitment and team involvement.
3 MARKETING CAMPAIGN OF THE YEAR
Open to agencies, management companies and auction houses.
This award recognises a successful marketing campaign (since June 2019). The judges look for details of objectives, creation and implementation and how you measured success.
4 WEBSITE OF THE YEAR
Open to agencies, management companies and auction houses.
The judges look for excellence and innovation in your website’s appearance, functionality, efficiency, mobility and ease of use. Your website builder should contribute to your entry, explaining technical aspects such as SEO, speed, flexibility.
5 EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR
Entries may be made by directors or staff who believe that their organisation offers real opportunities, training, support and recognition. Why is it a great place to work? Provide details such as: staff long service, recruitment strategy, professional development, culture, social calendar, incentives and rewards.
6 NEW AGENCY OF THE YEAR
Open to sales/lettings agency or property management company
– independent or franchise/network etc., launched since
1st January 2020. Provide an overview of the launch, including details of funding, business strategy and growth.
7 RESIDENTIAL AUCTION SERVICE OF THE YEAR
Open to auction houses, independent or franchise/network operating regular live auctions for residential property, at a venue and/or online. Show growth, innovation and service.
8 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT OF THE YEAR Open to any residential property management department within
an agency. The category covers lettings management departments, block management departments and groups’ management divisions within a lettings agency business.
9 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY OF THE YEAR Open to any standalone residential property management
company. The category covers property management and block management operations that are not directly connected to an estate or lettings agency.
10 LAND & NEW HOMES SPECIALIST OF THE YEAR
For agencies with a Land & New Homes section – single person
or a whole department. We’re looking for a team or an individual that is successfully sourcing land, planning development and selling the final product – the homes.
11 SUSTAINABLE AGENCY OF THE YEAR
Open to agencies of any size. Show your commitment to the
environment, your community and the planet. Impress the judges with stated and achieved green objectives and demonstrate how you manage your business in a socially responsible way.

Suppliers may enter one of these five categories.
The same product cannot fall into two or more categories.

12 SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR: TECH – APPS
Open to tech companies creating apps to add to an agency’s
management software systems (or to function independently) to address and improve particular processes and functions
in residential sales and lettings.
13 SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR: TECH – AGENCY SOFTWARE Open to companies providing full agency management (CRM)
software platforms (lettings sales, or both) as distinct from apps and plugins. Entrants should demonstrate user-experience, scalability, cost-effectiveness and quality of support.
14 SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR: PRODUCTS & SERVICES (BUSINESS) Open to companies providing, for example: referencing, insurance,
telephony, lettings management services, anti-money laundering, utilities management, recruitment, inventories.
15 SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR: PRODUCTS & SERVICES (MARKETING) Open to companies providing, for example: outs-sourced print
and design, marketing and PR services in print or online and social media support.
