Hotel Receptionist
We have a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join our great team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine and friendly person who really enjoys working in hotels and wants to provide great hospitality to our guests, contributing to them having a Happy stay with us.
Flexibility is key to our business culture and we aim to help everyone get the work/life balance right.
You’ll be the public face of the hotel – and your public will expect you to be an expert in many areas. You’ll have good knowledge of our facilities and services, understand billing and messaging, and even advise on local tourist attractions. Hotel Experience is desirable for this role and you must have a good general education and excellent customer service skills.
Salary: £10.00 per hour
Full Time and Part-time roles available Early starts are 7am and late shift finish is 11pm
Front Office
Manager
We are looking for a Front Office Manager to support the management of the front desk and reception team. Your role as Front Office Manager will be to ensure an exceptional guest experience is delivered across the Front Office department.
Full time position - 40 hours per week Competitive Salary
