WELCOME
TO NE VOLUME MAGAZINE ISSUE #79!
Thank you so much for picking up NE Volume magazine - the magazine produced by local music and culture fans, for local music and culture fans. It’s festival season! Time to don those bucket hats, pop on those shades and prepare for full weekends of
live music with a beer (or 10) in hand. If you’re a festival fan, you’re in luck, as we preview a number of day-long, weekend-long and even week-long festivals this month. Anyhow, here’s what to look out for this month. In this edition, we look ahead to Last Train Home Festival, the return of Stockton International Riverside Festival, Leeds Festival and more. Just to remind you, if you’re bringing any new material out in August/September, please email our team at info@nevolume.co.uk and we’ll do all we possibly can to include something in our September edition which will be released on Thursday 25th August. And thank you for supporting the North East’s fantastic music and culture scenes – we wouldn’t be here without you.
Lee Allcock - Editor, NE Volume.
