SPRING 2024 - Halton Common Element Condominium Corporation 609
Springtime is Clean Time
As we welcome the refreshing embrace of spring, it's the perfect
time for us to extend a thoughtful invitation to our neighbors. Let's
collectively harness the spirit of renewal to address an issue that
affects the beauty of our surroundings: the challenge of blown litter
and recycling debris, especially evident on windy days. Our property
maintenance staff do make efforts to keep our area clear or
rubbish, but the unpredictable nature of the winds, particularly on
garbage days, often scatters unwanted debris, making their task
seem endless. By coming together to pick up any litter around our
properties, we can significantly enhance the attractiveness of our
neighborhood. This act of communal responsibility not only
preserves the aesthetic appeal of our environment but also fosters
a sense of pride and unity among us. Let's all do our part to
maintain and further beautify our shared spaces, reinforcing the
message that every small effort counts towards creating a cleaner,
more inviting community.
Weaver’s Mills Action Plan: Weaver’s Mills is on the move with an action plan to revitalize our shared
spaces. We're finalizing a strategy to upgrade signage, mend fences, refresh brickwork, and repaint
parking lines. A detailed schedule will be released soon to keep you in the loop. Your understanding is
greatly valued as we enhance our community's look and feel. More information is forthcoming—stay
connected for the latest updates and timelines!

about the next AGM.
GARBAGE DAYS
Please do not put out your garbage until it is ready for pick up, garbage left too long
attracts rodents and wildlife. Construction debris, etc. must be disposed by the
owner off the property.
