         the employment. If the workmen dies a natural death
         while on duty, no liability attaches to the employer unless
         it can be proved that the death was caused by strains
         and stresses particular to the employment. Even when
         the death of the workmen is caused by a aggravation of
         a pre-existing disease due to an accident, it is held that
         the death is deemed to have resulted from the accident.

Q8. Where is the need arising for insurance to refer
         Risk Assessment Report ? What information is
         enumerated in the same ? Please answer with
         reference to Products Liability insurance .

         Insurer's decision to accept a proposal demands a
         thorough knowledge of all the factors influencing the
         risk. The necessary information is elicited in the proposal
         form. In addition to proposal form, a 'Risk Assessment
         Report' completed by the insurer's officers are needed,
         especially in the following cases:
         (i) Exports to USA & Canada irrespective of limit of

              Indemnity.
         (ii) Exports to countries other than USA & Canada if

              the aggregate limit of indemnity exceeds certain pre-
              fixed limits.
         (iii) Proposals not involving exports, if the aggregate limit
