FINAL Exam Instructions

You can appear in the online final exam for your online course.

You can appear in the exam once you complete all modules. The exam is for 2 hours. You can
attempt the online exam any time as per you convenience from your home/office. Once you
start the exam you need to complete within 2 hours. You cannot pause the exam and attempt
again. Final Exam can be attempted once only.
1. You will get an Email and SMS with userid and password for the exam. In case you do not
receive email please send an email at info@smartonlinecourse.org we shall send you the
details.
2. You will get an email from no-reply@eklavvya.in. In case you do not receive email please
check your spam as well as promotions folder.

3. To appear for exam you need to login to the site https://assessment.eklavvya.com/
4. For online exam please use Laptop/Desktop only with Camera. If you do not have camera
you will not be able to appear for exam.

5. Once you login with your credentials the opening screen will ask for VERIFY IDENTITY. You
need to show any identity card like Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card and click
on confirm.

6. Once your identity is verified it will ask for capturing your photo. The system will capture
your photo 3 times.

7. Once your photo is captured you can click on instructions to view the process of exam. You

8. After you have read the instructions you can click on START EXAM. A new pop up window
will open. Please make sure that popup is allowed. If the popup is blocked please click on a
small icon on browser bar on right side of browser and enable popup from this site.
9. There is a time limit of 2 hours for exam where you need to attempt 100 questions. There
is no individual timer on questions. All questions has 1 mark each. The weightage of this exam
is 80%. 20% weightage will be on Project which you have submitted.
10. On the right hand side you can see the serial number of questions where from you can
navigate to questions. You can attempt questions in any order. You also have the option to
review the question. If you are not sure of answer to any question you can click on review
button. This will help you to attempt the question later.

12. Once you complete all the questions click on submit and your exam will be completed.

13. On the dashboard you can view the result.
