Though, of course it has to be established that the
concerned products have an established brand image
and a ready market without any extra effort and money
in advertising and marketing the product. So this
view holds good for established and in demand brand
manufacturers.
However, for manufacturers having accumulated goods
that do not sell well would not really benefit from this
view. So the indemnity needs to be provided after careful
consideration of the manufacturer's conditions and
market situations.
Whatever viewpoint is chosen , it is seen that
unearned, anticipated or prospective profits are not
indemnified.
e. Contract price - If insurance of imported goods (not
of local manufacturers) which are sold under a contract
which is cancelled either wholly or to the extent of loss
or damage is subject to the contract price clause, then
