Board Members

Harivansh Chaturvedi
Dr Harivansh Chaturvedi is a Professor and Director at BIMTECH and the
Alternate President of the Education Promotion Society for India (EPSI). He
has more than 45 years of experience in teaching, research and academic
administration. He has been the Director at the All India Council for Technical
Education (AICTE), a statutory body under the Government of India. Being a
renowned management educationist, he has been deeply involved with national
bodies like AIMA, NHRDN, AIMS and the Indian Management Conclave. Dr.
Chaturvedi is the Trustee and the Executive President of the Education Promotion
Society for India (EPSI), a national network of universities and B-schools in
India. Dr. Chaturvedi is also a member of the Governing Council and Chair of
the Membership Committee of the UN Global Compact Network India.

Abhijit K Chattoraj

Dr. Abhijit K Chattoraj, a Chartered Insurer, Dean –SW&SS, Professor, and
Chairperson for the Programme of Insurance Business Management, Birla Institute
of Management Technology (BIMTECH). He holds PhD in Marketing/Insurance
from the University of Pune. An author, publisher, academician, and speaker at
various conferences for academic, private, and public sector audiences. He is a Senior
Associate-CIP Member of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance
and Finance-(ANZIIF). He is a Goodwill Ambassador; Chartered Insurance Institute
and Vice President (Hon.) Risk Management Association of India.

G. N. Bajpai
Mr. Ghyanendra Nath Bajpai, a distinguished leader in Indian business was the
Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI-sole regulator
for Capital & Commodities markets both cash & futures). Earlier Mr. Bajpai
was Chairman of the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). Mr. Bajpai is
known for his visionary leadership and exemplary integrity. He has served/
serves as non-Executive Chairman and a Director on corporate boards in India
and other countries, received awards for contribution to business, and authored
several books. He has been a visiting faculty at leading institutes of Management
and Training. He was the visiting Prof. of Middlesex University, London. He
is an Emeritus Professor of Finance at the National Insurance Academy.
