2. Customer Service Camps (Jeevan Bima Seva Shivir)
This has been unique engagement program wherein our policyholders were at ease of walking down to their
bank branches for their banking needs and yet access SUD Life through face-to-face interactions with SUD Life
Sales and Operations representatives, serving them for their various insurance needs and resolution of queries.
The Report card for 180 Service Camps conducted till Jan’23 itself reflects on the immense positive response this
has garnered from customers across geographies. The next step is to scale up Service Camps manifold, deliver
delightful customer experience and celebrate customer success jointly with our partner Banks and other
channels.
