14. National Financial Reporting Authority
     can debar a chartered accountant or the

a. Minimum period of six months or such higher
     period not exceeding 10 years.

b. Minimum period of 12 months or such higher
     period not exceeding 10 years.

c. Minimum period of 12 months or such higher
     period not exceeding 5 years.

d. Minimum period of six months or such higher
     period not exceeding 20 years.
