(xi) Section XI - Liability.
Public Liability and Workmen's Compensation -
death or bodily injury or damage to property of third
party and liability for workers.

Risks covered in public liability: Negligence of
self or any family members permanently residing
with him. WC - as per WC Act, 1923, FA Act 1985
and common law.

(xii) Section XII - Mediclaim - Expenses incurred during
hospitalization in any recognized Hospital or Nursing
Home.

Risks covered: Illness, disease or injury resulting
in hospitalisation/ domiciliary hospitalization as per
Standard Mediclaim Policy.

Sections I and II(A) are compulsory for owners
whereas Section II(A) is compulsory for tenants.

Minimum number of sections to be insured by owner
