is the amount of claim payable?
Ans.b) Sum Insured = Rs. 3,00,000
Permanent disability percentage = 5%
So, compensation = Rs.15,000
Weekly compensation = Rs.3,000
Number of weeks = 7
So total weekly compensation = Rs. 21,000
Hence total claim payable = Rs.36,000
Q.c) A money policy is issued with a par carrying
limit of Rs.10,00,000 and the estimated
annual carrying limit is Rs.1,50,00,000. One
day the insured required Rs.12,00,000 and
sent a man to withdraw that amount of cash
