The Insurance Times
Under a collective policy, the name of the defaulting
employee is deleted from the policy schedule.
It is then up to the employer to either terminate his
service or prosecute him. Since the employer did
neither of these in the above mentioned case and
provided opportunity of another fraud indirectly, the
insurer will not entertain any claim.
