sections are as follows :
(i) Section I - Loss or damage to property whilst
contained in the premises, insured by fire, explosion,
lightning, burglary, house breaking, theft, hold up,
robbery, riot, strikes, malicious damage and
terrorism.
(ii) Section II - Cover as in Section I whilst property is
in the custody of the insured, his partner, his
employees, attorneys, directors, diamond sorters etc
or whilst the property is in custody of persons not in
regular employment of the insured such as brokers,
agents, cutters and goldsmiths.
(iii) Section III - All risks cover whilst such property is
in transit by Registered Parcel Post, Air Freight and
through Angadia, subject to exclusions.
(iv) Section IV - Loss or damage to property due to
fire, explosion, lightning, burglary, theft, hold up,
robbery, riot, strikes, and malicious damage.
Ans.(b) (i) Excess - In the Banker's Indemnity Insurance,
the insured has to bear an excess in respect of each
and every loss. If the claim is under ' On Premises',
