Preface

The Insurance Times has entered into 35TH glorious year of its
publication in the year 2015. As we celebrate three decades of
publication of our journal it reminds us of the humble beginning
the journal had in the year 1981.

During the long journey of 35 years our journal faced many ups
and down but we never failed in our mission to disseminate the
knowledge of insurance in the nook and corner of the country.

Miscellaneous Insurance (IC78) is one of the optional papers in
Associateship Non Life Examination. Many candidates opt for this
paper.

We have made an attempt to present this guide in a simple and
lucid language in order to enable the candidates to understand
the subject easily.

Now the exam pattern has changed and the questions are in
Multiple Choice Pattern. Still this material will be helpful to
understand concept of individual topics.
We hope this guide would be very helpful for the candidates in
preparing for the exam.
