Dear Members of Nopany Alumni Association,

As we come to the close of today’s AGM, I want to take a moment to reflect on what has been an extraordinary year for
our alumni association. Built on a foundation of commitment, collaboration, and passion for giving back to our alma
mater, we have achieved incredible milestones together.

This year, we successfully organized 28 diverse events, covering everything from sports and music to capital markets
and inter-alumni collaborations. With the enthusiastic participation of all members and their families, we’ve been able
to pull off event after event, surpassing every goal we set. It has truly been a remarkable journey.

In light of these achievements, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to a few key individuals:

First and foremost, a big thank you to Dr. Rakesh Agarwal for his immense generosity in providing us with
infrastructure and space free of cost, allowing us to spend countless hours planning and executing our ideas.

Secondly, my deep thanks to Mr. Rakesh Somani, for his invaluable guidance throughout the year. His wisdom and
advice have been crucial in helping us navigate challenges and opportunities.

Thirdly, to our beloved President Mr. Sandip Kumar Lohia, for his outstanding leadership, which has taken the Nopany
Alumni Association to new heights. His vision and dedication have been instrumental in shaping the success we’ve
experienced this year.

I would also like to thank all my co-trustees, core committee members, and past trustees for their continuous support
and guidance. Their commitment and hard work have been vital in everything we have accomplished.

And lastly, on a personal note, I want to thank my wife Neha for her unwavering support throughout this journey. Her
understanding and encouragement have been a source of strength for me, and I could not have done this without her
by my side.

As we move forward, I am confident that we will continue to build on the momentum we’ve created, growing stronger
as a community. Together, we will achieve even greater milestones in the coming year.

Thank you all for your dedication, support, and belief in the power of our alumni association. Let’s continue to stay
connected, engaged, and committed to our shared goals.
