He seemed satisfied about my clarification. He said, "I am happy that you
initiated the interaction and clarified otherwise I would have remained
very much upset whenever you would have asked me for an urgent
dispatch."

I thanked him for understanding me in the right perspective. I also
counseled him saying, "Such personal issues should not be kept in mind
rather should be got clarified. Moreover, this should not affect the official
duties. Like me, you also could have sought clarification from me." He
felt happy and thereafter, I found him behaving quite normally.
