           see among big bosses. I found him not only like minded but stronger
           minded than me in this regard.


           Insights from the episode
           1.  It is common belief across countries that customs are to show
               respect and we need to reciprocate.
           2.  We may have dilemmas due to our own thinking. Usually, we have
               to be part of social or corporate customs to get in touch with our
               clients on such occasions.
           3.  Any gift taken should not be linked with returning favours in official
               duties. Some gifts up to a limit are acceptable guilt free. The limit is
               obviously known to us.
