2.  There are temptations galore in banking world. One needs to
               overcome them to save the interest of the organization as well as
               of self. Law catches up ultimately with the misdeeds of the
               perpetrator.

           3.  Bank Managers need to use commonsense, prudence and vigilance,
               all at the same time, to prevent frauds. The bank has to provide
               robust procedures and systems to support the effort of the
               managers.
