Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

All students deserve a high-quality educational experience that reflects their
lived experiences and helps them learn about and empathize with others. We
are dedicated to reviewing our existing content regularly, adding new lessons,
and building new partnerships to deliver a robust and diverse curriculum

DIVERSIFYING CURRICULUM CONTENT

For the 2020-21 school year, we released five U.S. History activities We
have also published new lessons in our social and emotional learning
content library, including Understanding Culture and Diversity, Equity, and
Anti-Racism.

In preparation for the 2021-22 school year, we will be releasing 10 new U.S.
History activities to highlight the voices of African Americans, Asian, Latin, and
Indigenous peoples.
CULTURALLY RESPONSIVE REVIEW

We have partnered with McGraw Hill Publishing Services to audit our content to
ensure we are meeting the highest standards of culturally responsive
educational curriculum. Based on their feedback, we have already updated
hundreds of instances of language and imagery, as well as wholesale revisions of
full lessons.
