Katavi Wildlife Camp is set back amongst the trees fringing the Kitasunga Plain. As the
Katuma river is positioned nearby to the camp, animals must parade past on their daily
commute to drink. The small camp of just 8 tents ensures a very personalised stay, as well as
there only being a handful of lodges in the park, guests will have an extremely exclusive
experience. The bar lounge has perfect views out across the plain where many lion kills are
witnessed as there is a resident pride of lion close by. In the dry season the water levels drop
so much so that you can get a rare opportunity to view inside the crocodile caves.
