Deo Mwano – Social-Impact Innovator – Deo Mwano Consultancy
Deo Mwano is a social-impact innovator whose work is focused on education, technology, business, community and individual development. Deo earned his BA in International Relations and History and an MBA in Strategic Leadership. He has worked for the Federal Government/State Department, non-profits, educational institutions and tech startups- EdTech
and IOT Security/Management. His honors include being named as an emerging leader to 40 Under 40 in New Hampshire in 2016 and being a graduating member of the Leadership New Hampshire Class of 2017. Deo runs his own consultancy firm, Deo Mwano Consultancy, and is a sought-after speaker, program designer, community builder and performer.
Simma Reingold – Managing Partner – Education Elements
Simma Reingold is a Managing Partner at Education Elements, leading engagements that directly tackle issues central to strategic planning, innovation, change management and technology. Over the course of her career, she has supported many districts to creatively explore how we can close the achievement gap and expand equitable access to high-quality learning experiences for all students. Highlights of the past few years include assisting district leadership teams to redesign professional development programs, procure standards-aligned core curriculum, build digital ecosystems to seamlessly integrate student data, and develop student- centered learning models to guide learning and teaching transformation. She has shared her expertise as a technical advisor to the Gates Foundation NGLC districts, presenter at iNACOL and Learning Forward Conferences, as well as being a contributor to a variety of education publications.
