TACTICAL COMMUNICATION
Communities are tired of conflict between police and citizens. Tactical Communication, the book and workshop, guides first responders through strategies, resources, and approaches that create positive interactions and result in strong communities supporting one other.
Implementing these strategies has helped our department safely de-escalate numerous difficult situations and has improved our community relationships
