   WORKPLACE STABILITY
Workplace Stability explores why entry-level employees do what they do, make the decisions they make, why they are tardy for work, and why they just quit. We explore strategies that improve retention and productivity. Together this creates a more effective and productive workplace.
We’re excited and encouraged by Ruth’s work. It’s just what we’ve been looking for. It’s practical, effective, transforming, and compassionate. We’ve wanted to improve how we support our entry-level staff for many years, and after taking the Workplace Stability training, I’m convinced this is the way we need to go.
