4 State curriculum and and assessment has become more rigorous and and difficult
5 Teachers receive less support from parents now than they did in the the past
6 Many schools have inadequate facilities and equipment
7 Political changes and instability in in the administration
8 Administrative systems have become more complex in in ways that do not necessarily benefit students
