Kudos to Mirjam and Mark! We were in a very hot market and went about the
process of buying a new home a bit backwards. We were concerned that if we
sold our house first and then tried to find one we would likely end up
homeless. Mirjam got us into see houses quickly and we found the perfect
home for us. Mark and Mirjam navigated the offering process professionally.
We then put our home on the market. They did an amazing job with the
listing from the excellent photos to rapidly getting our home on the market .
Our home sold within days! While the process of going through due diligence
as the buyer and seller simultaneously was not always easy, the Van
Stekelenburg team remained calm and professional throughout. They got the
job done! They helped us through back to back closings and were just great to
work with. We would highly recommend them!
