We at Integrated Security Solutions (ISS) would like to welcome some of our fresh faces to the organization.
Each issue will highlight the fresh faces and even some familiar faces, so everyone will know who they are
and where they work within the company.
We’ve shined the spotlight on a lot of people in this organization, and we will continue to do so, for this
edition we are going to highlight a couple of important people who are on the Board of Directors.
PRESIDENT
MARQUIS L. LAUDE
Mr. Maquis L. Laude left the US Army in 1992. He then took his knowledge of security and
critical infractstruture protection to work on the civilian side as a security technician. After
working for various companies and helping establish the US Army Corps of Engineers with
Critical Project Security Program (CPSP), Critical Infrastructure Security Program (CISP) and
the Access Control Equipment Program following the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
Mr. Laude continues to assist the Center of Expertise in post 9/11 security efforts by provid-
ing expert technical advice and support related to antiterrorism security measures. Mr. Laude
started Integrated Security Solutions (ISS), from a humble beginning in 2001 to Incorporation
in 2004. Today ISS is a sought after company when it comes to Electronic Security Systems in
all of its many facets. Mr. Laude is the manager of the mounted patrol unit for the Flathead
County Sheriff’s Office. From 2005 to 2019, his law enforcement horse was Pedro, a registered
Friesian, who has become a community and company icon.
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
EDDIE WISE
The Operations Director, also know as, the OPs Boss. Mr. Wise is responsible for the operation-
al facets regarding Integrated Security Solutions, Inc. (ISS). To simplify what is covered by this
position. Imagine if you will; 100 cats running loose, then add five junkyard dogs, ten warf rats
and 50 field mice, this would begin to give you an idea of the daily coordination needed to keep
ISS moving in an upward trajectory. Mr. Wise retired from the US Army July 2000, during his
time in the military he held multiple assignments where he developed his management skills.
After retiring from the military, Mr. Wise served multiple large and small companies in the
management of different departments. He has over 40 years of management experiece. He has
worked at companies such as: Unified Consultants Group (UCG), SEI Group, and iParametrics.
All of these companies Mr. Wise held the top Management position with growing success. He
now bring this experience to ISS, with the knowledge of how to take ISS to the next level.
