1. Possibility of Distractions
Compared to working in a traditional office setting, coworking jobs can lead to the increased
possibility of distractions. By nature, coworking spaces are collaborative and encourage
networking and interactions, which sometimes sacrifices employee productivity. As a manager,
you need to find a way around this by keeping your employees on task.
