■ From a literary dream in the beginning to

widespread recognition today, they now have

their hands full every day dealing with

passionate emails, phone calls, messages,

blogs, and event invitations from everywhere.

They are happy and proud of this, but they are

a really small team and unfortunately, there is

no way that they can spare so much time and

resources to individually reply to the inquiries

or participate in the activities. They do their

best to share their knowledge and experience

through different channels, but they felt they

needed to work out an approach to support

this growing number of potential partners and

establish a more durable relationship with

them.
