4. GROWTH STRATEGIES FOR COWORKING SPACES
The growth strategies of coworking spaces are divided into three groups:
- businesses that figure out setting up new businesses;
- an expansion that refers to companies initiating their second location;
- large coworking chains that offer franchises.
The new coworking spaces that are launched each year, brand-new businesses
make up the bulk of it at 65.3% whilst chains and second locations make up the
remaining 34.7% which expresses that whilst existing companies
are thriving, most of the industry's growth still comes from companies that are
independent free-lancers and entrepreneurs entering the market for the first
