WHAT IS IT?

Hate speech is any form of
expression that

discriminates, attacks, or

incites violence towards

individuals or groups based
on their ethnicity, religion,

gender, sexual orientation,

or any other characteristic.

WHY IS IT HARMFUL?
It can cause emotional

distress, fear, and even

physical harm. Hate speech
can also create divisions in

our communities and

contribute to the spread of
prejudice and

discrimination.
