OAD wishes to recognize the outstanding service of Thomas Heyman, who will step down from the
OAD Board of Directors this year. The founding Board Chair, Tom served in that role for more than 20
years, continuing thereafter to serve as a highly engaged and dedicated member of the Board.

We thank Tom for his leadership and unflagging support of OAD for more than three decades, and we
know he will continue to be a vital member of our community and champion of our mission.
