The following are the qualifications that will assist in handling the ACT Secretary duties and ACT Board duties.
• Retired ACT National Field Representative after 19 years. • Life time member Wichita Air Capital Chapter ACT.
• Wichita Air Capital Chapter President Jan. 1989 - Aug. 2001.
Became a Union Steward 1982 at the Air Guard in Wichita Kansas and held various officer positions until election to President in 1989.
ACT Charles J. Collins Memorial award recipient, 1998. ACT Vince J. Paterno Founder award recipient, 2018.
Exposed to National Guard technician workforce in 1970 at a AASF Army Guard facility during high school until graduation in 1972. Enlisted in the Navy and served honorably until 1975. Joined the active Naval Reserves until 1981. Served in the Air Guard as a technician from 1981 to 2001.
Education is master’s in business. Couple of years law school. Minors in Criminal Justice, associate arts and science, and associate in medicine. Licensed Master Electrician.
Lengthy experience in membership of board of director duties. Also, complete understanding of Federal Service programs that affect us as technicians, title V and military. Teacher of labor organization officer and steward responsibilities and duties.
